| Game Premise |
| The year is 2003. It's been nearly five years since the fall of Voldemort, and things in the Wizarding World have both changed and remained the same. Hogwarts and the Ministry of Magic have been rebuilt to their original glories, and under the new Minister of Magic Kingsley Shacklebolt's watchful eye, Diagon Alley has been completely restored to the splendor of old. Once again, Diagon Alley is the the center of the British Wizarding Community. With new shops and restaurants are opening all the time, as well as an increase in available residential space and the surrounding street ways, Diagon Alley is definitely the place to be. Charing Cross is a game that centers on the everyday lives of Witches and Wizards as they navigate through this world. Focus will be on relationships and characterization, with the occasional game-wide plots (such as an anonymous advice column in the prophet, poker night and wizard bowling leagues) thrown in for fun. The game will be adult in nature (and very slash friendly), so you must be over 18 to apply. |
| The Players |
| Charing Cross is looking for active, social players interested in character development. Players are expected to offer up their own plots and see them through. Plots that affect the whole game are welcome! There will be a monthly plot post where players can discuss ideas and how they'd work. |
