RPG Pimpage: Charing Cross
Hello dear f-listers! Today I am pimping the RPG that I play and mod in, Charing Cross, over on InsaneJournal. We're a post-DH non-epilogue compliant game, mostly canon. It's a social based game, which means no dark plot going on, but there's a lot of awkward relationshippy (romantic, platonic, familial...no enemies as of yet but we'd ADORE that dynamic) moments going on. We also throw in a monthly game wide plot to shake things up and get things moving, and are considering offering up weekly character development challenges to get people really thinking in character. We're on the small-medium side with about 20 characters or so, but we're friendly, really fun and creative and new people are ALWAYS welcome. We'd really like a new infusion of blood, and it doesn't matter if you've never RP'd before--we promise to be gentle and not bite (unless you'd like us to!)
There are a few characters we'd REALLY love to recast, and I'll say straight up that most of these characters were rarely played so a brand-new characterization isn't out of the question. In some cases specifics like residence and occupation will have to be kept, but mostly you'd be free to recreate the character in your image. Those characters that the game would really like to see replaced are:

There are of course characters available who've never been played, and we'd enjoy in general more older characters (above the trio's year), more Slytherins and definitely more Hufflepuffs. We have more boys than girls, and more gay/bi characters than straight, though we don't have any caps on gender or sexuality so don't let that stop you or anything. Quidditch players, society types, Healers and Ministry employees always welcome.
